Finding Gorn in Gothic 1
At the beginning, Gorn will be at the New Camp, on the right side, in front of a fire camp with some other mercenaries.

In the third chapter, after solving the problems in the Swamp Camp and helping Cor Angar, you will find him near the rice fields of the New Camp. He will tell you that in order to speak with the Water Mages, you'll need to talk with Cronos before.
After that, on the fourth chapter, when you'll need to free the New Camp, you will find him near Cord, on the road that leads from the New Camp towards the Mine, going through the mountains.
